- 1 tsp coriander seeds crushed
- Small handful of hazelnuts
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Fresh sea salt crushed to taste
- Fresh black pepper taste
- Bang the dry seed ingredients in a mortal and pestle but not very fine.
- Add the coriander seeds
- Add the sesame seeds
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Serve with olive oil by dipping some bread into the oil and then into the dhaka.
