• 1 tsp coriander seeds crushed
  • Small handful of hazelnuts
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Fresh sea salt crushed to taste
  • Fresh black pepper taste


  • Bang the dry seed ingredients in a mortal and pestle but not very fine.
  • Add the coriander seeds
  • Add the sesame seeds
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve with olive oil by dipping some bread into the oil and then into the dhaka.
