Place them in small bags and carry them around for a snack.
P.S seeds are high in protein and good fats. For an alternative, you can also add raw nuts: almonds, walnuts, pecan etc. in small quantities. This way you would have created another version of a trail mix.
1 medium sweet potato (grated finely)
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp almond meal
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp gluten free baking powder
1. Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees C
2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and combine well
3. Spread mixture into a baking tin
4. Bake for 35 minutes
5. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 mins
