I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. Mark Hyman, founder of the Ultra wellness center, Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Functional Medicine; Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride, a medical doctor with two post graduate degrees in neurology and human nutrition, author of the GAPS Diet-Gut and psychology syndrome and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

I furthered my health coaching degree with Marilena Minucci and have earned the title “Quantum Coach “that helps clients identify the core issues and limitations facing themselves thus making the shift in their lives that will deliver their desired results all through powerful questions that the client reflects upon and then makes the necessary changes to move forward.
Certified GAPS Practitioner
- Having been certified under Dr. Natasha Campbell Mcbride MD, author of Gut and Psychology syndrome. I have been given the tools and understanding of how to manage and treat gastrointestinal disorders for clients with developmental disabilities and disorders.
Educating my clients on how the gut works and how poor gut function seriously impacts not only physical health but also brain function.
Institute for Functional Medicine
Addresses the root cause of disease and engages both patient and practitioner in a therapeutic partnership. It addresses the healthcare needs of the 21st century. Functional medicine considers the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms.

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition
Is a type of detective work that seeks to identify the underlying causes of disease instead of treating the symptoms. Using functional lab work, we identify healing opportunities and engage each client in a health building process using the potent, proven, professional protocols in our D.R.E.S.S. for health success program. This includes Diet, Rest, Exercise, Supplements and Stress Reduction. This natural approach yields the highest level of positive clinical outcomes.
We don’t medicate, we educate.
With this I have earned the title FDN-practitioner.

This program helped understand the importance of diet and nutrition and the importance of a healthy lifestyle for optimal health that includes the prevention and reversal of diseases such as heart and diabetes.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. With this approach I now belong to the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
I am a leading BIOENERGY therapist from the world famous acclaimed school in London, The Domancic Method and Pure Bioenergy where I received my certifications.
My teacher, Zoran Hochstatter is the only person allowed by Mr. Domancic to teach his method outside of the the Domancic School and to spread the method globally.
