Ingredients:

  • ½ ripe banana, mashed
  • 3/4 cup organic oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut or almond milk

Toppings:
Add shaved chocolate or cocoa nibs and some sliced banana.

Preparation:

  • mix all the ingredients together. Place in a tight sealed jar in the fridge overnight.
  • Next day add the toppings and enjoy at home or take it with you to work.
