Ingredients:

  • 250 g fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 2 lemons squeezed.

Sauce:

  • 1 ½ cups cashews soaked overnight or for 2 hrs.
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic mashed
  • 150 ml water

Preparation:

  • Blend spinach, avocado and lemon in a bowel and set aside.
  • Blend the sauce ingredients in blender till creamy and smooth.
  • Stir in spinach mixture
  • Serve with crackers or veg.
