Ingredients:

  • Assortment of mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 garlic, minced finely
  • 3 tbsp of onion, finely chopped.
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Preparation:

  • On medium heat in a pot, sautee the garlic and onion with olive oil.
  • Add the mushrooms and cover
  • Lower the fire and cook for 8 min, add salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle with parsley and place on rice cracker or Toast.
