- Assortment of mushrooms, chopped
- 1 garlic, minced finely
- 3 tbsp of onion, finely chopped.
- Parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- On medium heat in a pot, sautee the garlic and onion with olive oil.
- Add the mushrooms and cover
- Lower the fire and cook for 8 min, add salt and pepper
- Sprinkle with parsley and place on rice cracker or Toast.
