- 1 big head of cauliflower
- Arugula for the salad
Preparation for the cauliflower
- Boil the cauliflower with 1 tbsp of salt for 20 min.
- Strain and set aside
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp cumin
- Mix all the dressing ingredients except for the cumin. Pour it over the cauliflower and just before baking it at 350 C for 40 min sprinkle the cumin on top.
- Have extra dressing on the side with out cumin and use it to add more dressing to the arugula cauliflower salad
