Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- ¾ cup Nut milk see recipe
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- A few kale leaves
- 1 date for sweetness (optional)
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in the vitamix and blend for 2 min.
- Garnish with flax, chia and a little granola.
