Lentil salad with sundried tomato

Ingredients:
- ½ cup of boiled lentils
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- Handful of finely chopped spinach
- 3 tbsp chopped sundried tomato
- 2 tbsp of green onions (only the green part)
Preparation:
- Mix all together and add the dressing
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small garlic crushed
Salt and pepper.
