Mixed beans salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup edamame
- I big handful of haricot vert
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 6 pieces of cherry tomato, cut in half
- Crushed almonds or crushed hemp seeds for garnish
Preparation:
- Boil all the beans separately and when cooled, mix them together.
- Add the tomato and crushed hemp or walnuts
Dressing:
- Lemon
- olive oil
- mustard
- salt and pepper.
