Banana and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of fresh shredded coconut
- 1/2 scoop, vegan vanilla protein powder
- 4 oz homemade almond milk
- 4 oz water
- 4 ice cubes
Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients in the vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle some homemade granola and chopped banana before you serve.
