Beetroot and carrot salad

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup raw beetroot
shredded - Hemp seeds for garnish
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp of fresh apple juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Mix 1/2 the dressing on the beetroot and the other half with the carrots.
- Place the beetroot at the bottom of the plate and then add the carrots.
- Garnish with hemp seeds
