Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- Handful of fresh shredded coconut
- ¾ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp crushed flax seeds
- 1 date
Preparation:
- Place all in the vitamix and blend for 2 min.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries.
