Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
¾ cup coconut milk
¾ cup frozen blueberries
Handful of fresh shredded coconut
¾ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp crushed flax seeds
1 date
Preparation:
Place all in the vitamix and blend for 2 min.
Garnish with fresh blueberries.
