Chia Pudding with Mango Puree and Raspberries
Ingredients:
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup frozen mango pureed
A handful of fresh raspberries
Preparation:
Mix the chia with the almond milk and leave overnight.
The next day, if the consistency is to thick, add a little more almond milk to get a loose consistency.
Add the pureed mango and top with fresh raspberries
