Chia Pudding with Mango Puree and Raspberries


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango pureed
  • A handful of fresh raspberries


  • Mix the chia with the almond milk and leave overnight.
  • The next day, if the consistency is to thick, add a little more almond milk to get a loose consistency.
  • Add the pureed mango and top with fresh raspberries
