Chocolate Oatmeal
Ingredients:
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup cacao
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp milled flax
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips ( DF optional)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350
Add all wet ingredients together
Add all dry ingredients together
Mix together and place in pan 6×9
Bake for 30 min
You can slice them up like brownies when cool and store in the fridge. Heat then in the microwave for 30 sec for a decadent healthy chocolate snack
