Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp milled flax
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips ( DF optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Add all wet ingredients together
- Add all dry ingredients together
- Mix together and place in pan 6×9
- Bake for 30 min
You can slice them up like brownies when cool and store in the fridge. Heat then in the microwave for 30 sec for a decadent healthy chocolate snack
