Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milled flax
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips ( DF optional)
Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Add all wet ingredients together
  3. Add all dry ingredients together
  4. Mix together and place in pan 6×9
  5. Bake for 30 min
 
You can slice them up like brownies when cool and store in the fridge. Heat then in the microwave for 30 sec for a decadent healthy chocolate snack
