Fresh Ginger Tea

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ginger
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 oz of hot water
Directions:
- Juice 1 to 2 pounds of ginger, and place juice in a jar and refrigerate.
- Place 2 oz of ginger juice in a mug with the juice of 1/2 lemon and a large tablespoon of honey.
- Add 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 6 oz. of hot water.
- Drink 2 to 6 cups of this per day, sipping slowly on it throughout the day.
