Lentil salad with sundried tomato
Ingredients:
½ cup of boiled lentils
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Handful of finely chopped spinach
3 tbsp chopped sundried tomato
2 tbsp of green onions (only the green part)
Preparation:
Mix all together and add the dressing
Dressing:
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1 small garlic crushed
Salt and pepper.
