Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts cut in half.
- Red chili peppers
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Toss the brussels sprouts with 1/4 cup olive oil and mix thoroughly.
- Add a pinch of red pepper, salt and fresh black pepper.
- Place all in a tray and bake at 450 until roasted and caramelized for 25 to 30 min.
- Drizzle with the dressing.
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp maple syrup and some olive oil. if you want it sweeter, add more maple.
- Salt and pepper.
