Why I stepped back — and what to expect from me, moving forward

I wanted to take a moment to reconnect with you.
It’s been a while since I last showed up here, and I felt it was important to do so with honesty and clarity.
Over the past year, I intentionally stepped back — not from my work, but from being visible — to reflect, learn, and rebuild my foundations in a way that truly reflects who I am today and how I want to support others moving forward.
Behind the scenes, I’ve been deeply immersed in refining my approach to health — integrating Functional Medicine, advanced testing, personalized nutrition through Metabolic Balance®, and a longevity-focused lens into one cohesive, grounded framework. I needed the space to ensure that everything I offer is aligned, purposeful, and sustainable — for my clients and for myself.

Health is not one thing.
Weight loss is not one thing.
And healing is never about quick fixes.

It’s about understanding the body as a whole — blood sugar balance, inflammation, gut health, hormones, stress, sleep, and lifestyle — and recognizing that each body has its own story and needs.

As Ramadan approaches, this felt like the right time to gently reconnect. A season rooted in reflection, balance, and care — not extremes.

In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing insights on how to support the body during fasting, how personalized nutrition can work with Ramadan rather than against it, and how addressing root causes can create meaningful, lasting change.
If you’ve been feeling tired, inflamed, stuck with your weight, or overwhelmed by conflicting health advice — you’re not alone. And you don’t need to do everything at once.

I’m here again, with clarity, intention, and a renewed focus — and I look forward to reconnecting with you.

Always looking out for you and bringing you the latest in FM and testing.

You know where to find me.
