Zucchini spirals, lentil & avocado salad

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup lentils, boiled
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 2 medium size zucchini’s made into spirals
- 1 tbsp Mint leaves for garnish
- ½ chopped white onion, medium size
Preparation:
- Boil lentils with onion for flavoring. Discard once boiled.
- Mix all the ingredients together and garnish with the mint leaves.
Dressing:
- Lemon juice
- olive oil
- salt and pepper.
