What is health coaching

With so many resources out there on how we can improve our health, it’s amazing our heads aren’t all spinning out of control! There is conflicting information on avoiding sugars, gluten intolerance and if one should follow a low-fat, vegan, raw, or paleo diet!

All this information can leave us all a bit overwhelmed on what steps we should take to better our health.

As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, I will provide ongoing support and guidance helping you to set goals, and make sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that improve your health. I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
