Banana and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of fresh shredded coconut
  • 1/2 scoop, vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 4 oz homemade almond milk
  • 4 oz water
  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation:

  • Place all the ingredients in the vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle some homemade granola and chopped banana before you serve.
