Banana and Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp of fresh shredded coconut
1/2 scoop, vegan vanilla protein powder
4 oz homemade almond milk
4 oz water
4 ice cubes
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle some homemade granola and chopped banana before you serve.
