Beetroot and carrot salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1/2 cup raw beetroot
shredded
Hemp seeds for garnish
Dressing:
2 tbsp of fresh apple juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Mix 1/2 the dressing on the beetroot and the other half with the carrots.
Place the beetroot at the bottom of the plate and then add the carrots.
Garnish with hemp seeds
