- Olive oil
- Salt and peeper
- Chili flakes
- Boil water with some salt adn then drop the broccoli adn lower the fire.
- Cook for 4 minutes until tender but crisp.
- Rinse under cold water to stop further cooking.
- Slice the garlic and suate in a good amount of olive oil until cripspy and the oil has been infused by the flavour
- Turn the fire off. Drop the broccoli and mix it with the infused oil.
- Serve on a platter – varnish with the garlic and sprinkle with some chilli pepper.
