Broccoli
Ingredients:
Broccoli
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt and peeper
Chili flakes
Method:
Boil water with some salt adn then drop the broccoli adn lower the fire.
Cook for 4 minutes until tender but crisp.
Rinse under cold water to stop further cooking.
Slice the garlic and suate in a good amount of olive oil until cripspy and the oil has been infused by the flavour
Turn the fire off. Drop the broccoli and mix it with the infused oil.
Serve on a platter – varnish with the garlic and sprinkle with some chilli pepper.
