Ingredients:

  • 1 cup edamame
  • I big handful of haricot vert
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 6 pieces of cherry tomato, cut in half
  • Crushed almonds or crushed hemp seeds for garnish

Preparation:

  • Boil all the beans separately and when cooled, mix them together.
  • Add the tomato and crushed hemp or walnuts

Dressing:

  • Lemon
  • olive oil
  • mustard
  • salt and pepper.
