Quinoa salad with avocado and broccoli

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of cooked quinoa
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 small head of broccoli, steamed
  • Handful of fresh coriander leaves, stems removed

Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients together.

Dressing:

  • 1 ½ juice of lime.
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp tamari sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey/maple syrup
