Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts cut in half.
Red chili peppers
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Toss the brussels sprouts with 1/4 cup olive oil and mix thoroughly.
Add a pinch of red pepper, salt and fresh black pepper.
Place all in a tray and bake at 450 until roasted and caramelized for 25 to 30 min.
Drizzle with the dressing.
Dressing:
1 tbsp maple syrup and some olive oil. if you want it sweeter, add more maple.
Salt and pepper.
