Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts cut in half.
  • Red chili peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  • Toss the brussels sprouts with 1/4 cup olive oil and mix thoroughly.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper, salt and fresh black pepper.
  • Place all in a tray and bake at 450 until roasted and caramelized for 25 to 30 min.
  • Drizzle with the dressing.

Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup and some olive oil. if you want it sweeter, add more maple.
  • Salt and pepper.
