Spinach blueberry smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries , frozen or fresh
1 cup baby spinach
1 banana- frozen or fresh
½ mango frozen or fresh
1 scoop protein powder of choice
1 cup water
Method:
Blend all together and serve in a bowl if too thick with a few frozen blueberries on top plus flax meal or any homemade granola.
if you prefer the smoothie runnier then add more water.
