Thick Strawberry Smoothie


  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chia
  • 1 tsp crushed flax seeds


  • Mix all the ingredients in the blender for 2 min.
  • I used my homemade granola as my base and topped the smoothie over it and then garnished with extra granola.
