Trail Mix

Ingredients:

  • Handful of raw sunflower seeds
  • Handful of raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp dried mulberrie

Preparation:

  • Mix all the seeds together.
  • Add the dried fruit and mix.
  • Place them in small bags and carry them around for a snack.

P.S seeds are high in protein and good fats. For an alternative, you can also add raw nuts: almonds, walnuts, pecan etc. in small quantities. This way you would have created another version of a trail mix.
