Cumin, Coriander and Fennel Tea

A delicious, soothing and calming tea.
 
Ingredients:
 
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp corriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1.5 cups of water
 
 
Method:
 
  1. Bang the seeds and bring to a boil then lower the fire and simmer for 4 min.

 

Consume 2x a day for good gut health and repair.
